Located in downtown Bemidji, the Watermark neighborhood is full of attractions and entertainment opportunities, all within easy walking distance!

While you are walking around, check out the Bemidji Sculpture Walk murals and the kiosk project. Stop in and visit Gallery North, Cabin Coffee House, Bemidji Brewing CompanyWild Hare Bistro and Coffee House, and Dunn Bros Coffee–all featured locations for the First Friday Art Walk.  (Which you can learn more about at our First Friday page!)

Other things to do while you are downtown include taking in a play at the Paul Bunyan Playhouse, discovering what’s up at the Headwaters School of Music and the Arts, learning our local history at the Beltrami County History Center, and finding fun for the whole family at the Headwaters Science Center. The WMAC also shares the shores of Lake Bemidji with Bemidji Lake State Park and Bemidji State University and just south of us is the Northwest Technical College and Oak Hills Christian College.
