RECEPTION Jan 25, 1 – 3pm. ARTISTS CONVERSATION at 2pm. EXHIBIT Jan 21 March 28. The two artists bring their own experiences with alcohol addiction and recovery to bear on the visual imagery of their work, exploring the substance as both a seductive chemical as well as a force of entrapment.

RECEPTION Nov 1, 5 – 7pm. AWARDS at 6pm. EXHIBIT Nov 1 – Dec 23.” It’s Only Clay” is a juried ceramics competition focusing on, and dedicated to, functional clay vessels. Submissions are judged in four areas: function, form/aesthetic, craftsmanship, and surface design.
2024 Bi-Annual Members Show
Sep 6 Reception. EXHIBIT Sep 6 – Oct 25, 2024. Member artists submit their own work for this juried exhibit. A variety of mediums are featured including photography, textiles, paintings, glass & more!
Mark Lambert, 2024 IOC Jury & Featured Artist
While creating Iga style vases, Lambert envisions showcasing flowers in the vases. The coarse rough clay, harsh rib marks, dry surfaces dusted with ash, a line of glaze running or pooling, stout forms and heavy clay walls contrast the delicacy of flower petals.
(Re)Collect with Susanna Gaunt, Mixed Media
EXHIBIT June 7 – Aug 21. TALK & RECEPTION June 7. Inspired by nature and connection to the non-human world, Gaunt’s work provides an interactive experience designed to encourage a closer look.

EXHIBIT June 9 – July 29. BOOK SIGNING June 10, 10 – 4pm. This body of work is a celebration and validation of the feminine in all its forms and in all genders. The exhibit is a fantastical story that celebrates her daughter’s journey and ceremonial right of passage into womanhood, and thus into her power.

The Unchosen Ones: Portraits of an American Pastoral – R.J. Kern
RECEPTION & Book Launch Jan 20. EXHIBIT Jan 13 – Mar 25. Four years after “The Unchosen Ones”, R. J. Kern re-photographed many of the subjects of the original series. In some cases, the animal and its handler are photographed together again. In other cases, the child has moved on and replaced the animal with some new pursuit; a tractor, a chicken, a fishing pole.
