Artist Series Class Cancellation Policy
Class fees must be paid at time of registration. Material fees will be made payable to the instructor on first day of class. You must cancel a minimum of two days prior to the class start date in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be made for cancelling on the day of the class or after it has started.
The WAC reserves the right to cancel a class due to lack of enrollment; full refunds will be given at the time of cancellation.
Other Requirements
Most classes are designed for either adults or kids. Unless otherwise indicated, please keep this in mind when you register.
Class fees will not be pro-rated. When registering, you must pay for the entire session regardless of the number of days or times you are able to attend.
If you have any concerns or special circumstances that could restrict a certain activity, please communicate those needs to the instructor.
