Class Cancellation Policy and Other Requirements

Artist Series Class Cancellation Policy

Class fees must be paid at time of registration.  Material fees will be made payable to the instructor on first day of class.  Registration is not guaranteed, as class sizes are limited.

Student-initiated cancellations may result in a $5 handling fee. The WMAC reserves the right to cancel a class due to lack of enrollment; full refunds will be given at the time of cancellation.

You must cancel a minimum of two days prior to the class start date in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be made for canceling on the day of the class or after it has started.

Other Requirements

Artist Series Classes are designed for participants that are 18 year or older, unless otherwise indicated.

Children should not attend the class with you.  The studios are not able to accommodate childcare needs, so arrangements must be made during the class times.

Class fees will not be pro-rated.  When registering, you must pay for the entire session regardless of the number of days or times you are able to attend.

If you have any concerns or special circumstances that could restrict a certain activity, please communicate those needs to the instructor.

Some class locations are not handicap accessible.  For more information regarding class location, please contact the art center.
