Stop by Watermark between 11am-3pm on Saturday, March 18 to learn more about the shirred standing rug making technique with local artist Starr Ann Lenz.  Starr will be demonstrating how to make traditional shirred standing wool rugs while incorporating rich textures, colors, and patterns.
