On display from Bemidji State University’s Harlow-Kleven teaching collection, are ceramic and print work that focus on the the use of color in creating works of art.

It is color that creates the mood or emotion in a piece. Color draws the viewer into the art piece and directs the eye. The pieces in this show are examples of how artists use color to engage, direct and interact with the viewer.
