It’s almost time to celebrate the fiber arts in Bemidji! The second annual Creative Spirit Fiber Festival, brought to you by Watermark and Willow Wood Market, will take place Saturday, February 21st at Calvary Lutheran Church. The day-long festival runs from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Vendors will be selling everything from yarn and fabric to kits and completed items.  And of course we still have all those great door prizes, free. Admission is only $7/person.

This year, we are especially excited to offer something brand new to our lineup. Our festival now includes mini classes where instructors will teach everything from arm knitting to machine quilting tips. These classes are free to all attendees.  Some have a materials fee. No registration is required but classroom space is limited and seating will be first come, first served.

The festival includes complimentary coffee and homemade treat. Lunch will be available for purchase.  All proceeds from the lunch will be donated to the Bemidji Boys & Girls Club.

This event is for all ages and experience levels and is perfect as a fun getaway with friends or a new family tradition. It’s shopping, learning, networking, and socializing all in one! For more details on the event, check out the Fiber Festival page on our website, where we’ve posted the complete vendor lineup and class schedule. See you there!
