“This exhibit has been a lot of fun to watch unfold,” said Watermark Art Center Executive Director Lori Forshee-Donnay. “We look forward to seeing what unique interpretation each artist will bring, and what the audience will infer from each piece, as well.”
Stages of life, seasons, colors, movement, and societal changes are some of the interpretations that will be displayed. Mediums may include acrylics, watercolor, collage, wood, metal, mixed media, scratchboard, pen and ink, or more.
A reception will be held on August 7 from 5-7 p.m. at Watermark, located at 426 Bemidji Ave N. The exhibit will run through September 26. Watermark is open Tue-Fri, noon-5 p.m. and Saturday 10 am – 2 p.m.
