  • You can now split your annual membership dues into monthly installments, processed through our convenient auto-pay system. 
  • Sustaining members will continue to receive member benefits corresponding to their total annual gift amount.

NOTE: Sustaining Member payments are processed on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. Member benefits begin as soon as your enrollment form is received.

Monthly Sustaining Membership
Sustaining Memberships are the best way to make a BIG impact. The monthly amount of your choosing will be automatically deducated from your checking or savings account, providing year-round support for Watermark's day-to-day operations. Your information will always be kept confidential and secure, and you can adjust your monthly gift at any time.
($5/month Minimum)
My authorization to withdraw my monthly gift from the account indicated shall remain in effect until I notify Watermark that I wish to change it or end it, and Watermark has ample time to act on my wishes. I understand that my contribution will be processed on the second Thursday of the month, or the next business day. A record of each payment will appear on my monthly bank statement and will serve as my receipt.
