Watermark “Block Party”

Come to the Watermark “block party” during the next Art Family Style. This class is a monthly opportunity for families to participate in an art project together for only $5/family!

On November 29, families will learn block printing to create items for Watermark’s holiday fundraiser. Participants will use linoleum blocks, pre-carved by local artists, to stamp patterns onto tea towels and wall hangings. Each tea towel will be donated to Watermark to sell and raise funds for educational programming, with the name of the family who created it on the back tag. As a thank you for helping us raise money, families are invited to also make a block-printed wall hanging to take home.

This is a drop-in style class; families can come by Watermark any time between 5-6:30 p.m. to work on their project, no pre-registration required.
