The exhibit is a fantastical story that celebrates her daughter’s journey and ceremonial right of passage into womanhood, and thus into her power.

RECEPTION & Book Launch Jan 20. EXHIBIT Jan 13 – Mar 25. Four years after “The Unchosen Ones”, R. J. Kern re-photographed many of the subjects of the original series. In some cases, the animal and its handler are photographed together again. In other cases, the child has moved on and replaced the animal with some new pursuit; a tractor, a chicken, a fishing pole.
ONLINE AUCTION OCT 3 – 12. EXHIBIT Aug 19 – Oct 22. Visitors are invited to enjoy the space underneath the umbrellas while reflecting on the messages depicted through colorful imagery.

DEADLINE EXTENDED MAY 6. Interested artists are invited to submit designs reflecting the theme of “Unity” as part of a juried exhibition that will open on August 19th, 2022 in the Kaul Gallery at the Watermark Art Center.
Opening Reception April 1. Exhibit April 1 – 29th. The exhibit showcases artworks of local young artists from Bemidji High School, Trek North High School, and LaPorte High School, and will be held in the Kaul Gallery.
RECEPTION MAY 6. EXHIBIT MAY 6 – AUGUST 13. The Human Journey reflects artist Joachim Berthold’s lifelong desire to evolve and improve as an individual in order to create a better society. His work presents a story of connection using the human form reflected in relationships as they are created when a community comes together with strength and purpose for good. It is a story of humankind and community.
Exhibit Discussion March 24. Exhibit Feb 5 – March 26. Open house Feb 5, 2 – 4pm. Every quilter has their own interpretation of what quilting is. From the utilitarian to decorative, quilting has expanded through the evolution of society, design, necessity and economics. With “A Quilter’s Perspective,” Lundorff broadens the definition of quilting for visitors while highlighting the diverse personalities who make them.

Exhibit & Online Gallery. May 7 – August 21, 2021 (extended). A journey across the globe with the Artists of Studio 10 share their work resulting from their travels, taking the viewers on a virtual tour of the globe, demonstrating that all parts of the Earth are filled with fascinating people and places, beauty, and history.
Exhibit & Online Image Gallery: February 5 – May 1, 2021. Granlund’s regular visits to the Minnesota/Canada border, to explore the landscape of his father’s childhood, have forged an attentiveness to its unique combination of water, rocks, trees and sky.
Exhibit & Online Slideshow: November 7 – December 23, 2020. The 2020 exhibit is dedicated to 2004 IOC juror, Bill Gossman who passed away earlier this year and will include the work of eight additional jurors .
Each year the exhibit is dedicated to functional clay vessels. Work must also meet high standards of form, craftsmanship, and surface design. Multiple pieces from each potter will allow viewers to understand their unique vision and aesthetic. In addition, artists will have work available for immediate purchase.
